Exit FM 1960 and turn left (west)
Go approximately 2 miles to Sugar Pine. (You'll see a strip center with a Wallpaper store on the right and a Texaco, Black-Eyed Pea and Taco Cabana on the left)
Turn right (north) on Sugar Pine.
Go approximately 1/4 mile on Sugar Pine.
Turn left (west) on Hamlin Valley (also known as "No Outlet" street).

House is 4th on right, 2014 Hamlin Valley. It looks like this:
